I'm out of shape — will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Every class at TotalFit is designed to work for all fitness levels. Your coach will show you modifications if you need them. The only requirement is showing up.

How does the 3 free classes offer work?

Simple. Book your first visit, show up, and take a class. Then come back two more times — completely free. After that, we'll talk about membership options. No sales pressure, no awkward pitch.

Do I need any equipment or a specific outfit?

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and athletic shoes. We have everything else. Wear whatever you're comfortable moving in.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer flexible memberships based on your goals and schedule. After your 3 free classes, one of our coaches will walk you through the options. We'll find one that works for your budget.

Do you offer personal training or virtual training?

Yes — both. Personal Training is available by appointment and includes fully customized programming and body fat testing. Virtual training is also available if you can't make it to the studio.

The hardest part is walking through the door the first time. We'll make sure it's worth it.
