Class Description


BOOTCAMP is a 50 minute non-stop medium-to-high intensity workout to help individuals lose weight, lose inches, tone and gain self-confidence while maintaining accountability, group inspiration and motivation to create overall good health. A wide variety of equipment is used for enhancement or modification. Our bootcamps offer strength and cardio components to increase heart health and build muscle for all fitness levels.

BODYWERK is a 60 min high-intensity cardio party that thrives on uplifting individuals and promoting exercise through dance. All the routines are easy to follow, fun, and will get the heart going! Get ready for an hour of cardio and watch time fly while sweating off calories, building strength, and toning muscles.

BOXING is one of the best forms of exercise, because it conditions the total body and provides a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems. Benefits:  weight loss, increased stamina, increased strength, increased speed, as well as increased coordination and many other advantages

KIDS BOOTCAMP  (TotalFit for the “little people”- 45-60minutes) *Ages 7-14, Total body Resistance & Strength Training

STRENGTH is a 60 min medium intensity class incorporating strength training exercises and is currently only offered at the Stockbridge location Mondays at 7pm. Strength! training is performed with free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells, or by using body weight and resistance bands.

STRETCH/YOGA FUSION is a 60 minute low impact class that offers body relaxation and flexibility training blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. A fusion of yoga and traditional toning exercises this workout will lengthen, define and tone your entire body. No equipment is required and you can do this workout anywhere you have enough space to put down a yoga mat. Get your heart rate up, burn fat and sculpt lean muscle mass with this efficient and innovative yoga flow workout. Stretch/Yoga Fusion allows the participant to gain strength and flexibility at their own pace.
