Once a Former Collegiate Track and Field athlete, Coach Keisha “Speedster” Etienne is a 2x All American in the sport. Keisha joined TFL November 2018 and holds a Personal Training Certification & Level 1 USA Track and Field Certification. Coach Keisha brings knowledge, spunk, and high energy to every class she teaches. She enjoys dancing in EVERY class she instructs, and enjoys believes in transforming the lives of her clients not only physically, but mentally. When she is not in the gym, she is practicing as a Licensed School Counselor and enjoys playing with her two boys Malik & Dancer.
Coach Maria Silva, ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist since 2014. She has an Associates Degree in World Dance. Maria began her fitness journey when she noticed she’d gained a significant amount of weight after her first two children, and suffered from depression. “Fitness Changed my Life, and I fell in love with it”. Maria is a Mom to 4 beautiful kids and vowed to help others like herself.
